Delivery Service

We use SingPost Delivery Service for all Local and Overseas Shipping.

Registered Mail Service

We strongly advise our customers to purchase the SingPost Registered Mail Service which cost SGD$2.25

• Free Registered Mail Service with S$80 purchase. 

• The Registered Article (RA) Number will be emailed to you when your package has been shipped out. All registered package(s) is/are delivered to your doorstep. If no one is at home, you’ll receive a collection slip to collect it at the indicated SingPost Branch.

Local Shipping

• Local Shipping (Normal Postage).All local deliveries are made by SingPost.

• We are not liable for any lost item/s during the delivery process

• Customers should receive the package within 2 – 3 Business Days after item(s) have been shipped. If you do not receive the package within 8 Business Days, please contact us immediately at sales@sensualaffair.com

• Meet-up is strictly unavailable. 

Personal Courier Service

• We partner with a courier service to deliver your package straight to your destinated location.
• We will send you the Registered Article (RA) Number once your parcel(s) have been sent out to the courier.
• The courier charge will be at SGD6 nett.
• Same day or next day delivery can be arranged.

Overseas Shipping

Yes, we ship everywhere! Well, almost, except for countries that Paypal does not accept payments from. All orders will take 1 – 2 Business Days to be processed, packed for shipping and delivered to the post office.

• We will send you the Registered Article (RA) Number once your parcel/s have been shipped out.

• Delivery requires up to to 8 – 10 Business Days, depending on the country.

Packing and Delivery Process

We have always made every conscientious effort to ensure that you will get your parcel safely and efficiently.

• Items are double checked and safely wrapped before shipping.

• For safe delivery, the return address is printed at the back of the parcel. It will be shipped out the next Business Day once payment is received.

• All deliveries are made on weekdays only.

• For Singapore customers, you will receive your items in just 2 – 3 Business Days.If you do not received your items within 8 Business days, please contact us immediately at sales@sensualaffair.com
• All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents.
