• Click on CONTINUE SHOPPING to choose another product or
• Click on NEXT to proceed with payment.
• Verify your delivery and billing address again.
• Click on NEXT.
• Click on I AGREED WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND I ADHERE TO THEM UNCONDITIONALLY .
• Choose the postage option that you want.

• Free normal postage
• Registered postage which you will have to top up SGD2.25

• For overseas purchase, please email sales@sensualaffair.com directly.Click on NEXT.

  • Payment via ATM or Internet Banking with UOB/DBS/POSB/UOB

• Click on Paypal, will route to paypal site and they will guide you step by step to settle the payment.

• Click on Payment via ATM or Internet Banking, an order confirmation will be sent to you with the account details for settlement.

• Order Summary will be shown and Click on I CONFIRM MY ORDER .

• An order confirmation will be sent to you with settlement details.

Order Confirmation

• Once we received your order, we will email you within 24 hrs to confirm your order with payment details.

Reservation

• By placing an item in your shopping cart, the item is not reserved.
• Items are reserved only after the checkout process is completed.
• You have the option of canceling a back-ordered item any time before it ships. Email us at orders at sales@sensualaffair.com with your enquiries and requests.

Order Cancellation

• Once an order has been placed and payment made, you can email sales@sensualaffair.com if you will like to cancel your order.
• We will refund the amount paid in full if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.

Return Policy

• We will personally checked all item(s) before shipping them out. We guaranteed that all item(s) send out from ishop.sensualaffair.com are in brand new, mint condition and well protected.
• We are not responsible for any packages lost while in transit to a destination. You are strongly encouraged to opt for registered mail.
